The staff was extremely helpful!
Location: the hotel was just next door to centre of Nimes. We had a tiny bedroom.

Fairly nice overall experience. Spotless room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff - amiable and exceptionally nice. Perfect place - walk from the train station...

A small budget hotel with limited facilities but in a good position near shops and approx 15 mins from rail station. Airport shuttle stop to airport (Gambetta) is about 200 metres away. The real plus point of this hotel is its very friendly staff, their English is limited as was our French but it was fun to muddle through. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Nimes is a lovely small city and we will almost certainly stay at the same hotel when we next visit.

Friendly staff with 24 hour staffing, just on the edge of the old part of town. Clean rooms and good value for money.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering its central location close to major sights such as the historic center and Roman sites. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all basic amenities were provided in the rooms. I particularly enjoyed the small balconies, which offered a nice space to relax and take in the surroundings. The comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel met all my expectations and I have no complaints.

A convenient stop in the city of Nimes.
While one accepts that the air is sultry in Nimes in summer there was a rather too small and inadequate fan high on one wall. There were no instructions as to how to operate it. I had to climb on a chair to reach the switch. The breakfast room was pleasant and spacious but the continental breakfast had inadequate bread and cheese. There was a lack of staff - in fact the one receptionist doubled as the waitress and had to be called in to replenish the food. There was no fresh coffee!!! Instead,a coffee machine had to be used!!!
